Master KG & Nomcebo Appointed As Ambassadors

South African music sensations Master KG and Nomcebo have been deemed fully worth by the Minister of Arts and Culture to be appointed as the Ambassadors to the world.

The appointment was made by Minister Nathi Mthethwa under the DSAC ‘Cultural Diplomacy Programme’, which takes artists from South African artists who have done so well in their field to other countries for a period of time to showcase the country’s rich creativity.

This great news is coming after they were surprisingly ignored by South African Music Awards Organisers in their nomination, which many considered unfair.

This development, means that the Limpopo born music super stars will be able to have Diplomatic Immunity and leave the country when they wish.

The duo’s song Jerusalema is breaking a lot of records since its remix with Nigerian superstar Burna Boy, by attaining over 50 million views on YouTube.

This is a good development for the Mzansi music industry, that is gears towards promotion and support of the South African entertainment in industry.
