Kanye West Has Declared His Presidential Interest Via Tweet.

American Hip Hop rapper, Entrepreneur and Billionaire mogul Kanye West, has took to social media ton declare his interest to vie for 2020 election.

Kanye who is widely known for his vocal support for the U.S. President Donald Trump, made the announcement on Saturday via twitter,that he would run for President in 2020.

This means an open confrontation and apparent challenge for Donald Trump in 2020 election and subsequently against the Democratic rival, former Vice President Joe Biden.

“We must now realise the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future. I am running for president of the United States,” West wrote in a Twitter post, adding an American flag emoji and the hashtag “#2020VISION”.

The deadline for the submission of candidate interest is still open, and he still stands chance to contest for the number one position in the country, but we are yet to ascertain if he has made official paper work offline.

Ye West who has been one of the few popular black voices in support of the President had in the past visited Trump at the White House alongside with his Wife Kim Kardashian West.

In 2015, During MTV Music Video Awards Kanye West had earlier announced his interest to become the number one citizen of the country in 2020 .

Kanye West explained that he would present himself as a centrist in any future political bid, saying he “had love” for both US president Donald Trump and left wing senator Bernie Sanders.

“If my grandfather was here right now he would not let me back down! I don’t know I’m fittin’ to lose after this. It don’t matter though, cuz it ain’t about me. It’s about ideas, bro. New ideas. People with ideas. People who believe in truth,” West said during his 12-minute speech.

“And yes, as you probably could have guessed by this moment, I have decided in 2020 to run for president.”

He added: “I’m not going in, when I become president, to f*** up the paper, because I tell you what? Trump ain’t f***ing up the paper. Those jobs are up, those taxes are being saved.”

In October 2018, West delivered a long speech in which he discussed alternative universes and his diagnosis of bipolar disorder, which he said was actually sleep deprivation.

Kanye West also added that he is serious about running for the presidency, but stated that it will not happen until 2024.

But the West has changed his mind and has declared that he is going to throw his weight on the ring for this year’s election.

“If I decide to do it, it will be done, I’m not going to try,” the rapper and fashion designer said in a radio interview with Power 92 Chicago’s DJ Pharris, adding: “Yes, 100 per cent it could happen… 2024.”

The chief executive of electric-car maker Tesla and another celebrity known for eccentric outbursts, Elon Musk, endorsed West’s Twitter post: and openly declared his support for the rapper.

“You have my full support!”
