2. Cascadia College 2023 Global Achievement Scholarships for International Students

Cascadia College is delighted to provide Nigerian students with scholarship opportunities. The Global Achievement Scholarships are given to students who have distinguished themselves academically and in one or more of the following areas: leadership, community service, or academic merit. Each scholarship award is worth $1,250.

Qualifications 

  • Applicants must be Cascadia students who are presently enrolled and have taken at least one-quarter of classes there.
  •  Applicants must take the next academic quarter classes.

3. Rotary Peace Fellowships

The Rotary Peace Fellowship was established by The Rotary Foundation. The fellowship awards which come every year strive to develop people from all around the world to become peacemakers. 

The funding covers 50 master’s degrees at top universities. The fellowship’s funding also covers Tuition fees and other expenses, accommodation and food, travel, internship, and research project costs. 

4. Margaret McNamara Memorial Fund

The Margaret McNamara Memorial Fund scholarship is fully funded in the USA. Since its inception, the Margaret McNamara Education Grants (MMEG) program has provided support to 416 women from 75 different countries, relying on Margaret McNamara’s goal for gender and educational equality.

The sponsors of this scholarship grant the  MMEG to over 25 female students who are enrolled in particular approved institutions in:

  •  the U.S
  •  Canada
  • South Africa, and
  •  Latin America

5. Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program

Being one of the fully funded scholarships in the U.S for every Nigerian student, the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program aims to foster and nurture Africa’s future leaders. The scholarship offers assistance to students whose financial situation prevents them from reaching their full potential.

 The Foundation believes that education could be the driving force behind any social transformation. This scholarship program provides scholars with financial, emotional, and educational support.

6. Duke Law School Scholarships 

The Duke Law School has established “Two half-tuition merit scholarships”  for exceptionally talented applicants to enroll in the LLM program. The Duke Law School program awards $59,000 USD as part of its Scholarship grant.

Outstanding candidates should submit a letter with their LLM application, including the following details:

  •  statement outlining their main professional, educational, and other qualifications; 
  • their motives for applying for the scholarship, like what they can offer the Duke Law community 
  • names of people other than those listed on the LLM file who can be consulted for reference purposes.

7. Dean’s Prize Scholarships

Dean’s Prize Scholarships provide exceptional US and foreign students with full tuition rewards for study purposes. The scholarship is available for every Nigerian Student who wishes to study on a Fully funded scholarship in the United States. The program covers 100% of the tuition.

Usually, the submission deadline is on the 15th of February every year. The study area includes:
