President Trump claimed that there was “no collusion” with Russia and took some shots at his former lawyer Michael Cohen in a disjointed of spelling tweets early Monday.
Trump misspelt the word “smoking” multiple times as he took shots on Democrats and said that Cohen was only trying to save his own skin by pleading guilty and cooperating with investigators.
“Democrats can’t find a Smocking Gun tying the Trump campaign to Russia after James Comey’s testimony. No Smocking Gun … No Collusion,” Trump tweeted, as he referenced Fox News.
The President added that Cohen was “just trying to get his sentence reduced. WITCH HUNT!” and said Democrats were targeting a “simple private transaction.”
He said it’s the lawyer’s “liability if he made a mistake, not me.”
Trump has been accused of ordering Cohen to make illegal payments to porn actress Stormy Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal when he was running for President to keep them quiet about extramarital affairs.
Meanwhile, Stormy Daniels sometime ago has claimed that “Michael Avenatti Sued Trump For Defamation Against My Wishes
The porn star also says her lawyer refused to give her information about how her crowdfunding money was being spent, and launched a second crowdfund without her knowledge.
Michael Avenatti sued Donald Trump for defaming Stormy Daniels against her wishes, Daniels told The Daily Beast.
Citing ‘serious’ crimes, Mueller and Manhattan feds say Cohen deserves ‘substantial’ sentence »
He appeared to take at least part of his tweets from a “Fox & Friends” segment that aired on Monday morning. Many Twitter users took the opportunity Monday morning to make fun of his continued spelling mistakes he previously used the misspelled “smocking” in a since-deleted August tweet.
“Don’t forget that ‘smocking’ is bad for your health,” one user wrote. “Also, has anyone tried ‘smocked’ salmon? It’s really delicious.”
“If Trump goes to prison, it would be his first complete sentence,” another Twitter user wrote.
“Democrats can’t find a Smocking Gun tying the Trump campaign to Russia after James Comey’s testimony. No Smocking Gun…No Collusion.” @FoxNews That’s because there was NO COLLUSION. So now the Dems go to a simple private transaction, wrongly call it a campaign contribution,…
….which it was not (but even if it was, it is only a CIVIL CASE, like Obama’s – but it was done correctly by a lawyer and there would not even be a fine. Lawyer’s liability if made a mistake, not me). Cohen just trying to get his sentence reduced. WITCH HUNT!
