Big Sean Drops “Single Again” Video

Big Sean – Single Again Video

Big Sean has just released his latest video for his song titled Single Again. The video draws us closer to the release of his new studio album, Don Life which is scheduled to drop later this year.

The new video comes just a few days after the audio was released last week.

The video was Directed by Lawrence Lamont and starring Ryan Destiny, Keith Powers, and Haha Davis, the video follows a recently separated couple.

Sean also raps from the middle of a street and inside a car surrounded by passionate fans.

“The video has a lot of important messages, but the main one is for people to ‘wake up and smell the roses’ in a world where we wake up and check our phones instead,” Sean said of the video in a statement.

“The visual highlights a few social issues, including social media’s ability to sway people’s opinions to the point of disharmony, the social pressures faced by Millennials and Generation Y and media coverage of the Black man,” director Lawrence Lamont added.

“While bringing these key issues to light, I also wanted to capture Detroit’s beautiful spirit and style.”

The release of “Single Again” arrived not too long after he shared “Overtime,” his first solo single of 2019.

Before sharing “Single Again,” Sean made sure to convey the message of the track to his fans.

“I never knew that I didn’t know how to be alone in life,” he tweeted Thursday night (July 25).

“I always would find so much joy n happiness in a relationship or being with friends, but I didn’t know how important it was to be in a relationship with yourself.”

He also wanted to show his apperication for his ex-girlfriend Jhené Aiko.
