As Monaco have suspended manager Thierry Henry after 20 games in charge.
The abysmal outing of the Monaco manager Thierry Henry has come to a halt. The Ligue 1 strugglers announced his suspension on Thursday following a disappointing performance of the France World Cup winner after 20 games.
Predecessor Leonardo Jardim is tipped to replace Henry, after he was fired by the Club.
The 2017 French Ligue 1 champions are currently languishing at the relegation zone with jat five wins in all competition under Henry.
The club has said that Franck Passi, who was appointed as Henry’s assistant on 20th December, will take Training on Friday.
Arsenal’s all-time leading goal scorer is in his first managerial role, having previously been Belgium assistant boss.
He had been on the shortlist for the Aston Villa manager’s job in October before taking the job at the club where he started his playing career.
Monaco has just secured 2 wins in 12 league matches, which is clearly unacceptable. He was involved in altercation with Strasbourg player , but had apologised for using foul language to insult Strasbourg defender Kenny Lala during his side’s 5-1 defeat on Saturday.
