A$AP Rocky Confirmed His 1st Live Show Since Sweden Prison Release

A$AP Rocky has confirmed his first live show after securing his freedom from Swedish authority who wrongly detained him following an assault charge.

Lord Flocko is back to work and has taken the next step by performing this weekend as part of the real 92.3’s Real Street Festival, which is scheduled to take place on August 10-11.

In a press statement released by the iHeartMedia Executive VP of Urban/ Hip-Hop Doc Wynter said,

“We are elated that Rocky is finally coming home and will be taking the stage to headline our first Real Street Fest next weekend, as originally planned,”

He also opined that the crowd will erupt when they receive him

“In the interim, Godspeed to Rocky and his family. We can’t wait to hear the crowd erupt for Rocky next Sunday night at The Honda Center Festival Grounds!” he added.

It is interesting to note that A$AP will be headlining Sunday (August 11) which will take place at The Honda Center in Anaheim, California as part of a lineup that includes Cardi B and Migos.

“We are thrilled that A$AP Rocky is confirmed to perform,” Honda Center President and CEO Tim Ryan said in a statement.

“The event is going to be one huge party, and we can’t wait for him to receive a massive welcome from his fans that night.”

We are glad that Rocky is back to his feet after days of detention and harassment from the Swedish authority.
